-First Ground Payment is done at end of 2nd Month, the first 2Months is for the Mall opening and product popuation
-Your Ground Rent Payment share is sent every Fortnight from the 3rd Month till 12th Month
-You have the ability to sell or transfer your slot at any point during the 12month rent period,your Ground Rent Payment only ceases but continues from the person taking over your slot
-You have option for renewal for 1more year at end of 1st year if you chose to continue
-Payment covers for 1year, even in cases where there are National turbulence and movements is affected, the payments will only be paused during the period people could not go out to shop, once over payment continues.
