TERMS/FAQ
– This land is free from all forms of encumbrances or any Omo-Onile Challenge
– Your Payment is inclusive of Agreement Document, after fulfilling your Payment Obligations our Lawyers will prepare your Signed Land Documents and communicate it to you
-Your Payment also covers initial cattle stock, your Kid Cattles are to be fattened over the course of 6-8months interval and sold for Profit and another % reserved to restock another set of kids, you are not to wait for normal 14-18months before you can selloff a fully grown Adult cow, this cycle is the System the Farm is built on,
-the female adults are solely for procreation and daily Milk Production during lactation season, earn weekly profit from Milk Production while you await long term profit on your fattened cows, the female adults are to help you further add stock by reproduction and at end of life will be sold off for beef production for profit
-Hay production and feeding is handled by the Esttate and controlled by your assigned Farm Manager, payment for feeding is taken via Farm Management payment
– A Farm Manager will be assigned to your Farm upon allocation, his duty is to manage your farm start stage as well as communicating updates on your Cattle developments on a weekly basis
– 1 Cattle Per 12 of Herd is your payment for Farm Management that covers feeding, healthcare & pills, Farm Manager’s Salary and Estate Farm Security
-you can chose to selloff your cow to Shopcity Mall upon end of development stage and cashout immediately or you transport it down to your chosen location at your request
– There is Farm Estate Development Levy which is towards sorting of 24/7 Security of Farm and Cattle Herds, the best form of Insurance is Security
– Estate development Levy covers security, farm surveillance, pest control, water system for all farm owners which is free to use.

-Is there Farm/Cattle Produce Insurance:
Every individual owner is still in actuall possession of their Farm and anything that goes on it, but we have a in-house Production Protection Contribution done every Cycle Season, this contribution serves as Guarantee for financial rewards of at least 60% of expected Farm Produce should losses that are beyond human power such as war, Storms or Fire disasters happen to your Farm during plant development stages or close to harvest.
-How much does HARVEST//CATTLE PRODUCE PROTECTION CONTRIBUTION cost;: 10% of Probable Harvest Per Plot size
– Does it relates to low yield: No, Cattle Production Protection Contribution Only relates to Farm destruction and losses due to factors beyond human control
– What Documents am I receiving for this Property:: Contract of Sale upon subscriptioon, then you ultimately receive your Deed of Assignment & Registered Survey upon full payments.
– What would my Documentation cost: Your Agreement is already included in Land Value, while Survey fee is requested at point of request, you can request it at anytime but current Survey cost is 150k per plot.

–Can I chose to plant or raise livestock of my own choice on my plot space if I so desire:
