– This land is free from all forms of encumbrances or any Omo-Onile Challenge
– Your Payment is inclusive of Agreement Document, after fulfilling your Payment Obligations our Lawyers will prepare your Signed Land Documents and communicate it to you
– There is Farm Estate Development Levy which is towards sorting of 24/7 Security of Fishes and Produce, the best form of Insurance is Security
– At ShopCity Farm Estate, every Land owner enjoys General Estate level Fishery Labor from fish groth stages from Juvenile to Adult, it’s covered under Fish Farm Managememnt Cost.
– A Fish Farm Manager will be assigned to your pond upon allocation, his duty is to manage your fish farm across all stages to Production as well as communicating updates on developments on your pond on a weekly basis
– 15% of Fish Production(Harvest) is your payment for Farm Management that covers catfish juveniles, entire  5months Labor work & fish harvesting
-You can chose to roast your fish harvest on site at much reduced cost and transport or sell directly to Shopcity at Industry rate
– Estate development Levy covers security, farm surveillance, fish water quality and level management for all farm owners.

Is there Farm Produce Insurance:
Every individual owner is still in actuall possession of their Farm and anything that goes on it, but we have a in-house Harvest Protection Contribution done every Pond Fish Cycle, this contribution serves as Guarantee for financial rewards of at least 50% of expected Farm Produce should losses that are beyond human power such as Storms or Fire disasters happen to your Pond during fish development stages or close to harvest.
How much does HARVEST PROTECTION CONTRIBUTION cost;: 10% of Probable Harvest Per Plot size
– Does it relates to low yield: No, Harvest Protection Contribution Only relates to Farm destruction and losses due to factors beyond human control

– What Documents am I receiving for this Property:: Contract of Sale upon subscriptioon, then you ultimately receive your Deed of Assignment & Registered Survey upon full payments.
– What would my Documentation cost: Your Agreement is already included in Land Value, while Survey fee is requested at point of request, you can request it at anytime but current Survey cost is 100k per plot.

–Can I chose to maanage/raise my Fish stock of choice on my plot space if I so desire without mececarily been assigned a Farm Manager and its adherent cost:
If you prefer to run your farm with a different Crop item you are free to do so but our Farm Mamagement arrangement for overseeing Farm owners planting to crop harvest remains the same and factors relating to your crop development and output will be between you and your assigned Farm Manager.
