TERMS/FAQ
– This land is free from all forms of encumbrances or any Omo-Onile Challenge
– Your Payment is inclusive of Agreement Document, after fulfilling your Payment Obligations our Lawyers will prepare your Signed Land Documents and communicate it to you
– There is Farm Estate Development Levy which is towards sorting of 24/7 Security of Fishes and Produce, the best form of Insurance is Security
– At ShopCity Farm Estate, every Land owner enjoys General Estate level Fish Labor from fish growth stages Juvenile to Adult, it’s covered under Fish Farm Management Cost.
– A Fish Farm Manager will be assigned to your pond upon allocation, his duty is to manage your fish farm across all stages up to Production as well as communicating updates on developments on your pond on a weekly basis
– 10% of Fish Production(Harvest) is your payment for Farm Management that covers catfish juveniles, entire  8months* Labor work & fish harvesting
-You can chose to roast your fish harvest on site at much reduced cost and transport or sell directly to Shopcity at Industry rate
– Estate development Levy covers security, farm surveillance, fish water quality and level management for all farm owners and it is 55 of Ptoperty/Pond Value.

Is there Farm Produce Insurance:
Every individual owner is still in actuall possession of their Farm and anything that goes on it, but we have a in-house Harvest Protection Contribution done every Fish Cycle, this contribution serves as Guarantee for financial rewards of at least 50% of expected Farm Produce should losses that are beyond human power such as Storms, floods or Wildfire disasters happen to your Pond during fish development stages or close to harvest.
How much does HARVEST PROTECTION CONTRIBUTION cost;: 10% of Probable Harvest Per Plot size and it remains valid until it is used to cover any massive loss that occurs, covers both partial and extensive losses of between 30-100% of production.
– Does it relates to low yield: No, Harvest Protection Contribution Only relates to Farm destruction and losses due to factors beyond human control

– What Documents am I receiving for this Property:: Contract of Sale upon subscriptioon, then you ultimately receive your Deed of Assignment & Registered Survey upon full payments.
– What would my Documentation cost: Your Agreement is already included in Land Value, while Survey fee is requested at point of request, you can request it at anytime but current Survey cost is 200k per plot.
–Can I resell my Pond and how do I go about that when I intend to: It’s straightforward, indicate your plans to your assigned Pond Manager, it will be relisted here for you and it would be resold to a new owner same way you bought yours while the total amount is remited into your indicated account, however a 5% Admin Surcharge applies and we advise a 2week notice for whole process to be executed.

–Can I chose to manage/raise my Fish stock of choice on my plot space if I so desire without mececarily been assigned a Farm Manager and its adherent cost:
If for any reason you are able to find an alternative Farm Manager to visit site, organize labor, feed and care for the fishes daily it’s within your power to do so as the Facility allocated to you remains yours, however we advise you go with our Farm Management arrangement as it’s a setup done at the highest level of Professionalism to ensure maximum care and peak fish production for every pond owner under our Farm.
