– Estate development Levy covers security, farm surveillance, pest control, irrigation system for all farm owners which is free to use except contributions for fuel to pump water which your Farm Manager will always communicate to you as at when needed

– Is there Farm Insurance:
Every individual owner is still in actuall possession of their Farm and anything that goes on it, but we have a in-house Harvest Protection Contribution done every Plantinh Season, this contribution serves as Guarantee for financial rewards of at least 50% of expected Farm Produce should loss that are beyond human power such s Storms or Fire disasters happen to your Farm during plant development or close to harvest
– How much does HARVEST PROTECTION CONTRIBUTION cost;: 10% of Probable Harvest Per Plot size
– Does it relates to low yield: No, Harvest Protection Contribution Only relates to Farm destruction and losses due to factors beyond control, if you for any reason experience a low yield

– As a Farm to Estate Project, how long before we can start building on our lands if we so desire:
The timeline to Residential Estate stage is 4Years from Launch which is January, 2024,
– Can we build on it Prior to the time stated: Except Farming related projects, only structures or constructions related to Farming will be allowed therein and the Company is very strict, its also clearly stated in the Estate Covenants you are receiving with your Documents
