When do I receive payments for sold out goods on Shopcity?
Payouts are done on a weekly basis and ultimately on the next Monday, while the least amount to be paid out if N10,000, Whatever amount to be paid out must be accrued to above N10,000 before your next payment
How do I get paid for my Sales?
After the conclusion of your Registration you will be directed by your Vendor Manager to store your Account Details for your store for Official Payouts Department to sort as at when due.
What do I need to do to create a shop?
After you conclude your Subscripotion to a Vendor plan you will be assigned to a Vendor Manager who will help you through every stage of adding Products, marketing as well as Payout related issues, you are also going to be enrolled into our SHOPPERS UNIVERSITY on the Platform simulatenously where every stage or need to get your Products up and running will be attended to in REAL TIME.
What can I sell on Shopcity?
Firstly, check the Category of your Vendor Registration and the available Categories under Shopcity made avaialble to Vendors.
Also any Product that follows every Nigerian rule and deem usable or consumable under Nigeria Civil Law is allowed under your Vendor Category
